Tom4. - vitamin D over the fall and winter months. I swear it has saved my life. It comes in pills of 1,000 mg and most people say “one is enough”. It did absolutely nothing for me until my psychiatrist told me that we can safely take up to 10,000 mg daily. I live in a typical 4-season area in Canada - 6 months of short days and freezing cold in the winter months. SAD is a huge problem I this environment. The vitamin D for those months has made a huge difference.

I have a SAD lamp and it definitely does help if you use it regularly

I struggle as well but taking a Vitamin D supplement helps me. There is a seasonal lamp that helps I saw it on Amazon. One of friends tells me it helped her a lot
