I have a comfort zone here in my house which is my bedroom. I call it my cave. I hardly ever leave my room except for bathroom, coffee and appointments. I don't care to go out and hear any commotion of any kind. I like and prefer the quietness except for my music.

Like I said, if everyone would admit it, they have a comfort zone somewhere and sometimes, they might not need it everyday like some do,, but everyone’s depression, anxiety, PTSD, or whatever you have is not the same either.

Just saying for the ones holding back and don’t want to admit it and pot it. You know what is posted here stays here, besides who would we tell.

Hugs to all that admit and here is some courage to go ahead and post..

Tammy my house is but better yet my bedroom because the house has my husband, which is fine but usually 5-7 days a week our 5 yo granddaughter, Jaycee, is here and she can get very loud especially when my husband has to pick her 14 yo brother up from school after picking her up and some days all they do is fuss. He loves to pick at her then she will cry and scream for her PopPaw and I can’t stay in there. That is why I said my bedroom.

Hugs and I think if everyone is truthful, they will admit they have one inside or out of their home. It might even to just go sit in their car.
