The ketamine treatments didn't do anything and the side effects were awful. Almost more than I can handle. We start spravoto treatments this week. Praying they will give some relief
Anyone Try Sprovato
Sprovato is a nasal inhaler antidepressant. It is an esketamine. It is used for treatment resistant depression. You have to be medically monitored for two hours after taking it.

I have had good luck with ketamine infusions but it’s expensive, so I thought I’d try at home ketamine. I had my first session yesterday and I was very disappointed. The experience was not nearly as intense and my mood only went up a little.
