How can these medical professionals tell us how well we are, in our mental health 🤷‍♀️
Nobody knows our thoughts and feelings as much as we know, ourselves 🥵
Can you self refer where you live?
I waited 10+years to see a psychologist, by which time I had started using alcohol to self medicate, I had ripped into my legs and arms with a box cutter and drank more alcohol. My actions were out of pure frustration and please, I do not suggest anyone else EVER going to such stupid extremes. None of these self harm efforts helped towards seeing the right person anyway!!!
Keep going back to your doctor, write him a letter with exactly how you feel and how it’s all far too much for you to deal with.
Do you have an out of hours crisis care team? If so, ring them and ask for much needed help. The letter you can write has to be acknowledged and kept on file but I suggest you keep a copy for future reference. Don’t forget to date everything. Also can you keep a private journal, write in there daily, include everything that makes you feel hurt, angry and emotional, keep a copy of that too.
Sending you welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 cwtches and caring thoughts. Be strong and make yourself known to the medical professionals 💞🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Look for 12 step support groups in your area. I know one is called emotions anonymous. Also contact NAMI, they offer free classes and groups.
