I think we can all relate to this. Bed is a safe place for many of us. When we don’t want to interact with others, feel like we have nothing to say and think it’s the way to avoid life.
Give yourself time and space, rest up and recharge your energy and body.
Any time you want a chat, I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say that we are here for you🙂 big welsh cwtches from the land of the welsh dragon 🏴 x
Im sorry Linda. it took me time to get out of bed last month, can you imagine spending your bithday ridden with guilt and anxiety. but the first step is to make the bed and go for a walk, while on the walk think of what you can do to avoid getting back in bed. Do a mental to do list of only 2 things or on your phone when you get back do the 2 things only and it will inspire you to stay away from your bed.
The fact that you get out to get food is great. It shows you have some motivation and self preservation. You can build on that and start adding doing one more thing a day to.get out of bed and do. Also.are you on meds and do you see a counselor?
