Has Your Doctor/medical Practitioner Ever Tested For A Folate Deficiency?

I would recommend anyone who hasn't had their blood folate levels tested to get it done.

I have been tested for folate. My doctor says it makes it easier for the meds to be absorbed by the brain. I am on a Super B Complex twice a day now and I HAVE noticed a difference. My depression isn't gone, but it's at a better level where I can function better.

No, I haven't had a test for that. I'll ask when I see my doctor next week.
