Just reinstated on 75mg haven't taken it in 16 months very sick at the mo all symptoms ramped up how long will it take to stabilise???

takes about 4 to 6 weeks to really stabilize... hang in there.

I take the low dose 75mg Efexor equivalent. It's harmless brain candy. I still experience the ups and downs of my kids and grandkids. Just have to cry my way through the gut wrenching feel of being the crap grandma that is present for very little in future

if you're having problems with your symptoms becoming worse while taking it I would contact your doctor.

Hi PeterHughes, I have been on EFFEXR 225 mg for over a year, I had no side effects, except the last 3 months it hasn't seemed to work . So now I am on more medication from my psychiatrist, but still have to take my Effexor as well, it's been 9 days I honestly feel no change...
