I take 225mg daily, 150 in the morning And 75 at night, it does slow you down but you will adjust over a short time bear with it.

Thanks Martin. venlafaxine really wasn't agreeing with me including huge weight loss and zero appetite so I phoned my gp surgery. They offered dropping me to 37.5mg but I declined and got them to change me over to citilopram which Iserved me well in the past with hardly any sides.
I'm gutted I'm back on meds but realise I need to stop being in denial. I have a life long problem with depression and it's high time I just accept it.

How long did it take before the vacant spaced out zombified feeling stopped?
