I've been having nose bleeds ever since starting this tablet. Could it be a side effect?

I can't say if it's a side effect of the medicine but I have been on Citalopram for 3 years now and I do have nose bleeds more often than when I was younger. I think the only thing you can really do us check with your doctor and see what they say. X

Nope I'm on nothing but mirtazapine and citalopram! I'll mention it on Tuesday when I'm back :)

Are you on any kind of blood thinners? Or taking aspirin for pain? ASA (aspirin) is a blood thinner and will cause nose bleeds. Definitely mention it to your doctor...
Actually tell your pharmacist too, I find they are way more knowledgeable at side effects then doctors! Lol
