How To Build A Team

A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

Do I just add people at random to my team without asking? I don't want to add anyone without asking first. If I do, how do I know that I am just adding an additional burden to them?.

Hi. sure you can ask them if it makes you feel better. Most people just add members as they probably feel they relate to that person and are happy to share their stories. It won't be a burden quite the opposite.
