Borderline Personality Disorder?
Does anyone else here have bpd? How do you deal?
I have bpd I struggle a lot but I have learnt to try not to act on my thoughts when they are bad it is hard and I will go round saying I'm sure its a trick etc but have to say it's not real if you need to talk add me I'm happy to help

I have a temp therapist who insists I have BPD
I do plus anxiety and traumatic PTSD. I go to therapy every 2 weeks. Also Zoloft
