I too have thyroid problems for the last 40 years. Mood swings, weight gain which is my worst nightmare at the moment. Plus being depressed now and again. I do find being active around the home or being outside among people and looking at the beautiful city we live in helps. I had to start changing my thoughts to more positive things. Baby steps. I wish everyday one a good day. I know I am going to have one. I am blessed as I have woken up this morning. Ready to face the day.

I have the same issue. Have been on a merry go round of meds, trying to find the right combo. No matter what, getting up and trying to do a little excercise helps. Cutting back on sugar and starches help too.

I have thyroid problems (hypo) and depression. They mimic each other in some symptoms. It is frustrating. I wish I had an answer.
