Does Your Depression Seem To Get Worse At Night?
Lately it seems like I get more depressed in the evening. I may be having a good day all day then when the day is done it seems like depression comes creeping up on me seemingly for no reason. I was just wondering if anybody else has that problem.
I have to keep the TV on at night because if I don't my mind will start thinking of things non-stop and then I can't get to sleep. And unfortunately, a lot of my thoughts are negative, or I stress over things.
Yes. My depression is worse at night. So I try to save special YouTube channels that I enjoy for night time. I lay down and watch until I'm really sleepy and will usually fall right to sleep when I put my phone down so that I don't think to much. Hope this helps.
yes sometimes people don't understand depression it is like a dark cloud that embraces you at any time of the day whether you having a good day or bad. It feels like doom. I feel it at night sometimes i want to go to bed so maybe it will go away.
Lonely time is at night when you are on your own I just do different hobbies like gardening playing games colouring books with colouring pencils
I definitely do. My explanation is I'm a morning person. I can focus on positive thoughts all day but by time evening comes I'm exhausted and I don't think the positives as well so my evening is worse
