Hi everyone. When my anxiety and depression gets bad. 4 or more throughts racing through my head.All of a sudden I will blurt out a answer or responce to a thought going on on in my mind. This is happening more & more. Whats going on that I am doing this. Your worried mdt friend George

Yes you have it!! It takes a lot of work but I know you can do it. Plus it gives you something to do with your time. Google or Youtube on, of course, the issues your having, but look up things your interested in. I'm a full blooded Blackfoot Indian so I look that up. Keep your mind busy. I love to read I used to read before I got my laptop. I have an app thru my library for ebooks and audio books which is nice. I can look up all kinds of books on that. I'm listen to Codependent No More right now.

@A MyDepressionTeam Member. I just wanted you to know i too blurt out words or phrases. It happens to me when im so overwhelmed by negative thoughts. I find the information given by our teammates helpful.

George, I would encourage you to do some reading on dissociation. I'm experiencing something somewhat similar, but I go into an angry state, and start spewing stuff out, that I have no idea what I'm saying.
Just a thought.....

Hello my dear friend George. I so agree with our @A MyDepressionTeam Member with her suggestions. Talking to your mental health support is very important. There is a list...Music, exercising, journalling if you can. Maybe trying Chamomile tea for anxiety. Let us know how things are going on.
