How Do U All Deal With The Overwhelming Feeling Of Loveliness?
Brake what it is into bite size peices. Like cleaning one shelf in the refrigerator instead of tackling the whole thing at once.that will make it less overwhelming.
It took years for me to learn to be ok with myself. Keep busy, do things that you like and if you don’t know start thinking and make a list. It took me until my 50s to be ok and I’m still not completely ok but I encourage myself, force myself to laugh, play with my pets, watch tv, exercise, whatever you like to do to make yourself less lonely and ok with your self by yourself.
It comes on so quickly and it's hard for me to deal with but I try to force myself to play cards with my friends that come over in the evening and it usually helps
