I have not believed there was a point to my existence for over 60 years. Having major depression and relying on psychological professionals has been my downfall, but I can finally say that I am starting to heal despite it all. I have always believed in Divine Spirit, God or whatever term you want to use, but I could not feel my true nature. I am finally starting to. In the last few months I have felt driven to do whatever I can to relieve myself from this he'll I have been in. I journal, exercise daily, meditate daily, try to become interested in preparing the food I eat, and have been tapping. I enjoy writing my own scripts for that. Why, now? I have no idea, and I am working on not having regret for why this healing motivation energy took so long to manifest, but I can now believe that this journey to learn to love myself is exactly why I am alive. I am putting the past behind me. Wish me luck!
