I understand Jon its not easy and no pill is a easy fix there is not one out there that will give you energy and help you sleep. I have tried so many differant things listening to music ocean waves deep breathing etc just no motivatoin to do anything so if you happen to find something pls let me know thank you

I can hardly make myself get out of bed ! I did get my bed changed today and I couldn’t do anything else done and that depresses me more !
