They Have Diagnosed Me As A Bipolar I've Been On Medications For 10 Years Nothing Helps
It could be that you’re not bipolar, but suffering from something else
Medications are only one part of what you need to feel better. Keep trying the medications, but also do one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and participate in groups like this. Another thing to consider is diet and activity. The more fingers you have in the pie, the more chances you have to get a taste.
I know you don't want to hear this but... Keep trying. I've had major depressive disorder for multiple years. It took me probably more than 10 years of taking medications that never really worked. Finally, because there's so many more antidepressants out there, thank God, I found medications that work. Maybe try a different doctor or psychiatrist as well for new ideas on what's available. Maybe if you're sticking to the same resources they're just more limited or don't have enough resources. Keep going, keep trying.
