Yes. Matter of fact, I don't need to get close to losing it to know. A mind is an amazing, complex instrument.

Oh yeah. I'm kind of at my worst right now but I'm taking things a day at a time. Trying not to get stuck in my I can't afford to feel like I'm losing it but it's had me stuck in a funk for a good while now. Progress not perfection. I think I may have a stomach bug I hope not because I have a therapist appointment tomorrow and there's a lot of stuff I need to get off my chest.

Marsha....I got some relief when I decided NOT to take care of my alcoholic husband. I used to give him a pillow and blanket when he was passed out on the floor. Then I just stopped doing things like that. It really helped my sanity.
