Please talk to your doctor and I would look up the side effects of the medication I take if it were me. Hopefully the doctor can do some test and find out what the cause is

The only new medication I take is for the monthly cycle because they think I have endometriosis. Yes I have been scratching since about July/August 2023

Have you started a new medication or using new lotion or anything like that?
It kind of looks like hives to me, have you been really nervous and scratching? From what I can see and tell that’s what I loook like when I am very nervous and I get itchy all over and start scratching.
Maybe someone else can help you better than I can, sorry.
