No, I stopped taking them in 2022. The reason that I did was I didn't see the point in taking something that was obviously not working. My doctor told me that their weren't anymore Anti-depressants to try and I have an appointment with a psychiatrist to discuss other options. I did make some lifestyle changes. I love music so I would listen to it in the morning to set my mood. I would try to get out of the house. Lock down made me realize that it is not good for me to be coop up alone with my thoughts. I did art. It takes a lot of concentration and there is no room for the c**p that gets me into trouble. I am also trying to be nice to me. I take a shower every day because I like showers. I am also seeing a counselor that is a big help.
Yes, I can't survive without them.
