I have IBS and I take a lot of medicine plus I have heart and spine problems,so Yes 🤗

i have digestive problem with my medicine but not every day like nausea

I do get IBS when my anxiety spirals out of control or from the meds from my back pain.
I have to be very mindful and practice relaxation exercises.
