When I feel pressured to get together with some of my family who are always argumentative and angry with me, *yes*--I do indeed get knots in my stomach which leads to stomach upset, nausea. Unfortunately, it's an excuse to stay home....

Chest tightening like pressure crushing to a point where calming down would let it go like debris. Heart feeling like a rock with surprise it may be where it still is. Guts feeling abnormal to thinking of ulcer.

I believe that I had a lot more before I began to treat my depression and anxiety. It has also decreased since becoming a Christian or having a relationship with God and Jesus Christ. I had a lot more migraines and gastric symptoms like irritable bowel. Yes I have migraines now but that is due to the hematoma on my right forehead above my eye. But it's freeing to feel like I don't have to call the Dr or wonder if I'm going to be believed.
