Hello Theresa and I so agree with everyone who respond to your question. I lost my first best friend (sister-in-law) very early in life at 12 when see and my brother started dating. She passed too early for me when she turned 56. Sad to say so many other friends have passed away as well as I am close to 70. MDT is where I go to open up and know that so many folks on this site are dealing with similarities in their life. You vent my dear!

Theresa I understand because I had three go to people who passed and now have no one except my friends that I have met here who I have become pretty close to. I really feel close to them and they even check on me if I am absent a day or two so I do feel comfortable venting to them.

If you need to vent then just go ahead and do it and some might not understand but I know that others will have compassion and caring for you and others who need to.

Hugs and this is just my feelings about anyone doing or saying what they need to help them feel better as I think it could all help with relief from our mental health issues
