You sound like my husband. I just want to send you hugs to start out, because going thru what you’re going thru can’t be easy by any means. I’m sure it causes you a great deal of stress on top of whatever else you are dealing with.

Talk to your doctor about this medicine called Vraylar! My husband has med. resistant depression, generalized anxiety, PTSD, ocd and bipolar2. When we finally found that medicine, we had to take a breather when the pharmacist said how much it was, thankgod we have insurance. My husband became agoraphobia when we all had to stay inside during Covid, when we were able to finally go outside and intermingle with one another he couldn’t, he said he got left behind. It gave me a lot of anxiety, his heart rate would rise, his blood pressure would rise too, he would get dizzy and have bouts of dizzy spells.. the thought of having to face to face communicate with someone and go outside your house and go into another store like Walmart was a big struggle for him. He became stressed way too easily when he was under anxiety, just at the thought of leaving the house freaked him out. He would begin to leave at night when less people would be out. We would walk around the house, and then it became around the block, and then that happened more frequently, and he started going by himself, and then one day his psych put him on klonopin and that allowed him to get the courage he needed to walk out the door by himself and go to the combing store by our house. It took a lot of of him. But vraylar is like $1200/month but with insurance for us it’s $0 for generic medicine and $40 for name brand. So instead of paying $1200 it’s $40 for the medicine that helps him.

Also open enrollment for Ambetter health insurance starts soon, that’s who I have prescriptions are $0, copays are $15, I have Teladoc which means I can go see a doctor, or therapist or psych from the comfort of my home.
