From what I understand, unfortunately, we have a chemical imbalance in our brain/bodies that causes it. The meds “fix” the imbalance. So technically, no, this is something that we will live with the rest of our lives. You can live with it though. It takes a lot of time and patience.Hope this helps. 😃

It can get better with time and the right meds and the right tool's. But it will not go away. I don't believe those people who say that they are cured of it. I think that there's more to depression. Anxiety real but can be better with time. And exercises and such.
