How Can I Deal With The Panic Attacks And Agoraphobia When I Do Go Out?

Tina baby steps with each thing and each place. Get someone who understands to go out to eat with you at a time when it is not busy and get them to sit sit you as far away from others as they can. I remember my cousin who is like a sister to me that lives out of state wanting to meet and eat, she understood and held my hand and we ask for a table as far in the back as we could get. We ordered our food and was in our world when we got ready to leave, people was all around us but I hadnโ€™t noticed because my eyes and ears was focused on her. So as I said, baby steps with someone who understands and loves you, it will be hard but you can do it.

Hugs and have faith and one step at a time.
