How Can You Have Everything You Need In Life..at Times Wanting More But Ok Of What U Have ..and Still Be Depressed As Fu#k?

It's not about what we have but it is all about love and relationship. Also, I find that there are multiple disciplines that must all come together. For instance, I personally need to be physically well enough to get in some motion each day, accomplish something and I need to be attentive to an early bedtime and do what I can to get a good night's sleep. That means a set non-negotional cut off time for all screens and media. Prepare my body and bed for early sleep, and get up in the morning as soon as I am able sometime after 5-6 a.m. unless very ill. Also, I must spend some time in prayer each day. Also, must eat enough healthy food everyday,and not over or under eat.
This sounds like a lot, I know, but if taken as all you have to do each day and turn it into a real consistent habit, well then, it sure beats not doing it.
I am also on Lion diet which has helped my brain some and I am growing more open the adding in some other foods if my body will tolerate them well.
