Has Anyone Else Here Lost Their Appetite When Feeling Anxious?
Just not excited about my favorite foods anymore. Eating is a chore.
This can happen to everyone however it isn't good to go for long periods without proper nutrition because it will only be a matter of time until a nutrient deficiency can and will affect any part of your body FIRST. Talk to your Dr about a goal. This may actually involve losing some weight to feel your appetite? I'm leavin' the rest up to the doc.
Anxious--yes. I find I have "no time" and end up drinking tomato juice or a dietary supplement drink, e.g. Boost or Ensure. It doesn't help my red blood cell count....
I'm like that weather I'm anxious or not...I try to eat some fresh fruit in the morning an a good supper...💓🤟🙏
I lose my appetite and I only eat what is healthy in line of something quick and easy to fix.
I've gotten so use to just eating once a day an not much when I eat more makes me kinda sick to my stomach 🤟💓🙏
