I need some depression medicine
pills never helped me . for me , taking a long walk worked better for me . adopting a rescue cat and dog helped me a lot . when depression gets really bad and i have suicidal thoughts i try to call somebody or go visit my daughter. Anything or nothing may trigger a bad episode! medicine can sometime have a rebound effect. even some blood pressure drugs can cause depression and suicide thoughts. doctors can make it worse . group meeting help. I hope this helps .
