Does Anyone Take Vitamin D I Was Diagnosed With Low Levals Can This Be A Cause Of My Depression

There's alot of scientific evidence that low level can cause depression
You gotta take over 5000 units for it to be therapeutic tho

Yes, I do. My endocrinologist monitor my levels. Take 5000IU During the week.

I believe everyone has some what of a lower level of vitamin d these days. It's just a deficit of the body that is needed. It doesn't cause any diseases.

I think with me taking 5000UI of Vitamin D Monday through Friday my vitamin D levels are in the normal range.

I also have low levels of vitamin d and it wasn't until I seen it on here that it is linked to depression.
