I am having the same problems of the meds not working. I have tried the journaling and its not working either. I am fighting not to do the self harm

Hi Debbie, meds never really worked for me either ... kinda had the opposite affect at times and being a self harmer my doc is super careful what he gives me.
Have you tried Journaling and meditation ? It has had much better results for me, allot of my trauma comes from childhood and talk therapy aggravated allot of those suppressed emotions. So writing have been affective for me. Also I force myself to do things outside to get some natural vit d3 , that's def improved things for me. Sending hugs xx
