Go outside alone where I can wait out the agitation either working in the yard or just gazing at the horizon. Best luck finding your go-to de-stressors. πŸπŸ‚

I find to calm myself down is deep breathing exercises, read the Bible, and listen to Christian music. Plus go for a walk and meditation.
