The only thing that has ever helped me is lorezapam. I didn't feel loopy or out of head. I felt normal. I know that probably doesn't sound right. I don't know if it's bc of fat or my anxiety is that high idk. I would possibly like to try valium but apparently at my shrinks office that is no longer an option. I've tried therapy. I have other coping skills but sometimes like tonight it's not enough

Thank for the support. I wish. Lorezapam was honestly the best. I got it when I was 17 and now at 35 nothing.

Treatment resistant therapy. Kinda like shock treatment but less abrasive. What about esketamine. Iām really sorry for what you are going through. If you ever just want to vent Iām here. Maybe I can get some lorazepam for you. I really feel your pain

Not to be rude but absolutely not. I have too much to deal with at the moment for that and my anxiety was so much worse when I went through that before. They didn't before that got snippy with me for talking about it on the phone but eveytime I tried to do something a guy would freak out an ruin whatever was planned. I'm not taking a chance for probably nothing. My shrinks run the floor there.
Do they offer tms or anything like that. What about going into the hospital on a 51/50. If you do that they will hold you for 72hours and they will try to get your medication right and might put you on lorazepam.
