James it depends on who or what it is on how long to call something new lol. Is that what you were asking or are you asking about being new here? I have been here 2 years but still consider myself new sometimes because of how long others have been here.

So you have to tell us what you mean by new?!……

I feel like it’s more of a situational question/answer…I think the answer really is when do u feel comfortable? Everyone’s version of everything is different for one person new is a day for another it could be a month
