In The Past Couple Of Weeks Has Anyone Done Anything Fun?

Just curious what is fun or entertaining for others. Maybe we can get some ideas from each other on how to spend our time. Maybe hearing what others like to do that's fun or interesting will give us that proverbial kick in the butt to try something new and different. Sorry if I offended anyone with "kick in the butt".

Well, PamelaM, don't know how this will help others, but didn't have anything fun for long time, however, Christmas day l was alone, and since I have a bunch of guitars sitting around I decided to start playing after more than couple years. Thought I'd be really bad, but quite the contrary, was great, had more fun than I've had for long time. Starting that day till now, played 7 guitars 🎸 best part is creating things I never heard before. That's the key, being creative 👌

PamelaMathis, my DIL, her grandson, and I rode thru our small town looking at Christmas lights the Saturday b/4 Christmas. There is a large park in town, and it had tons of beautiful light displays.

One of my other kinds of fun is mixing painting and collage. I finished one of the best paintings/collage two days ago, and am just so darned proud of it. Normally I don't show my stuff to my son or DIL, but this one? I showed it to DIL, and her response was a solid "Oh, WOW!" She very seldom says anything more than a bored, "That's nice," lol. So, that was a LOT of fun for me.

So, PamelaMathis, what is fun and entertaining for YOU?

I love mysteries, both in books and on tv. Netflix has a lot of them, and I've discovered the fun of watching international mysteries and more.

I've dipped into mystery novels, a genre I haven't read since the Nancy Drew books of my adolescence. It's fun to try to identify the culprit before the reveal.

I would like to see some of the art you've done. Do you mind sharing?
