Has Anyone Being Diagnosed With Epilepsy ?
Update I went to see the neurologist and he couldn't believe how infrequent my seizures where also put me on lamotrigine I'm worried about taken it I felt I have non epileptic seizures but said I hadn't been through that much trauma to have them feeling worse now than not knowing.Sending hugs

Yes I had seizures before I knew I had psychiatric problems (anxiety and depression) my neurologist was the one who said I needed to be checked by a psychiatrist. He was actually correct and I'm so happy I listened to him because for years I had what is best described as an "empty" feeling all the time turns out it was a form of depression called dysthymia.
All I know is that about 50 years or so there were no medicines for bipolar. Then it was discovered lithium worked for bipolar, and also the medicines that worked for epilepsy also worked as stabilizers for bipolar. So today, epileptic and bipolar people take the same medicines to stay well.
This much I know.
