I was cutting toxic people out of my life that's why I was diagnosed with it.i don't have close relationships with my family because they are not supportive and too close minded for me. & Good evening also to You Tammy48 - It is doubtful That You are "illiterate" - Yet - Like Most people - Yes - me Too - (& technically - i am a College Graduate - Queens College - feels Like 120 years ago - ha ha -) Most of Us can continue to try & improve our skill sets in Both reading & writing - i am Aware of grammatical rules - sometimes - do Not follow them - Anyway - Hope You have a Groovy Night - π
I'm not BP, but I people pleaser to draw some sorta connection with others. Most of my friends are of convenience; such as I work with them. There are other reasons I people please. But I find most people just gossip and that really turns me off.

That's usual. It really sucks when I'm in these episodes and I feel like I'm completely utterly alone. Feel like nothing I say matters. What's the point in staying sober when there's really no point.
