How Where You Diagnosed With Bipolar?
So right now in my recovery process I'm wondering if there is more to my story and I'm seeking a reevaluation. I have an appointment but I have a feeling about what they are going to say. You are on your way to recovery when you can understand when things happen.I think personally we get a high, when we are denying our moment of truth. When I went through a traumatic time for 10 years,I would party every weekend get really high then low for the week.I knew what was happening but wasn't ready for change.20 years on I have my days and a week. But I have learned to manage it.
Everything is linked to the brain. The brain makes signals for us to do everyday things. Then sometime we might have an anomaly in the brain which can go towards stress. Most of the time when something bad happens around us we will respond to it by either letting it go or holding on to it.We can experience mini traumas every week.So to help ourselves,we need to figure out why we feel bad and when.Once we can do this ,we will remember when it could happen. For me my father has had cancer. Its really done me in.But I knew this could happen so I limit the negative,as I am already aware of it.
I have the same problem. I take medication but I still feel the same. My docter recon I am on the right medicine otherwise if he increase it, I would feel like a zombie. Sometimes I feel to stop all medication, but I am to scared it might get worse. My answer is not much help, but don't feel alone, there is more people that suffer with the same problem.
Google rapid cycling bipolar disorder. BP2. It sounds like a physical medical issue could be in play as well. I just found out my issues were more than psychiatric. In the last year ive come to find i had a giant uterine tumor, type 2 diabetes and graves disease. All of which cause behavioral problems. Hope this helps. Hope i didnt break any rules. XoxoX
it depends if they follow certain patterns for the mood swings, with bipolar they typically happen to little or no reason at all while borderline is usually to do with fear of abandonment imagined or real
