There is no way to message an individual on here. You have to go to their page and post on their page and it will let them know you messaged this person. Everyone will see it though. Like Dana said you can get their email or Facebook messenger.

It's Facebook Messenger. Ask someone if they would like to chat with you outside of this app....can by email, SnapChat, etc, wherever you want to communicate with them.
