Omg the longest stretch I have done has literally seven days. Wife had to take me to the e r I was starting to be delusional seriously that’s been maybe middle of July. The dr said if I had gone even three more days without sleep I could had serious side effects of no. Sleep like unreasonable damage not only to the brain but organs would have had starting to swell crazy crap like that needless to say that dr admitted me overnight and I slept 14 straight hours

Wow Gregory- I wud b scared to go to sleep if I had dreams like those- do u have trouble sleeping ?

Lord did I I’m not on it no more I think throughout my life the tragic happenings and traumas service connected and all my ptsd it make me have very lucid very real nightmare or night terrors still my wife has to wake me up because I’m kicking or punching and screaming for periods of time. One of my worst is I was seeing this dead body being lowered from the ceiling down onto me. And it was a body dressed in an Iraqi uniform idk another one was maybe five years ago I saw myself being carried away in an old fashion inmate wagon pulled by horses flames all around with a judge yelling at me telling me I’m being sent to hell for killing my brother. And many many more while all the time being paralyzed not able to do anything like I was actually awake
