@A MyDepressionTeam Member It's the jist of it....one day you feel on top of the world the next day you can't get out of bed. I have found that a call to the doctor is justified especially if you realize the manic behavior has been going on for weeks. That's what happened the last time. For me dangerous meant spending money I didn't have. Nothing wildly dangerous. I told both my psychologist and psychiatrist and they both said Oh.....Everything was going as per normal sleeping etc. Best of luck to you. The depression part of the illness(after being manic) was much worse than "usual"

Everyone loves when I’m manic becuase I’m bubbly and love making people laugh but for me my anxiety is over the roof then I’ll get times I’m super depressed and won’t shower and sleep all day. Hopefully the meds help you find that middle ground.😁😁
