Do Any Of You Hear Voices? How Do You Stop Them If They Are Telling You To Harm Yourself?
I keep hearing voices, I always have but lately they've been telling me to kill myself and when I ignore them they just get louder. I can't get them to stop. Please allow this question to stay up I need help.

You can also call 911; being suicidal or wanting to self-harm are emergencies; first responders are trained to help with mental health issues. You can try coloring, journaling, listening to music, even holding ice cubes tightly in your fist are good coping skills. Please, please don't hurt yourself!! Also, call your doctor as soon as possible...if you take meds, they may need to be looked at. You are in my prayers. CIndy
@A MyDepressionTeam Member this was a week ago and I did go to the ER and then to the psych ward for a few days. I got prescribed a med for the voices.
It's Getting Harder And Harder To Keep It All Together Some Days. I Wish I Could Climb Inside My Head And See Why I'm Feeling That Way.
