You sound discouraged and I don't blame you. I've been sick since early 30's. I'm in my late 60's now. Many hospitalization, meds, treatments. I am what they call a person who is treatment resistant. Nothing works. I have anxiety, OCD, major depression, eating disorder, lupus, adrenal insufficiency, fibromyalgia, the list us enlist. I take diazepam for my anxiety, depakote for mood stabilizer& some supplements & medical medication. It's not a funny, happy world. I sleep all I can, but I don't sleep well either. Hope you take care. I'd like to hear how you are doing up the road aways. 🙃
