I was just wondering if anyone had adverse reactions or was using a combo that worked for them. And why such a rude answer to question?

I take Lamotrigine (Lamictal) and Duloxitine (Cymbalta) with Quetiapine (Seroquel). I take Seroquel in 50mg extended release and 1-2 25 mg regular release about 1-2hours before I want to go to bed. It slows my brain down- from rapid cycling &/or just too much anything- so I can sleep with less thoughts keeping my mind going. Recently, I will wake three, or so, hours in and need to take a 3rd 25 MG to get me through 8/9 hours of sleep. It's not natural sleep, but it's quiet sleep, so it does give me rest. I was recently started on Bupropion (Wellbutrin) and I have much more often needed to take a 3rd 25mg rr seroquel. I see my Doc in a week about that. I use to take Venlafaxine (Effexor) rather than the Duloxitine, but having taken it for so many years my body stopped responding to it effectively, so I was changed to the Duloxitine. It was the change I needed. Meds are such headache but one better than those without them!
