Can Anyone Tell Me What It's Like To Be Happy....how Does It Feel To Be Happy,how Do U Know

I agree with @A MyDepressionTeam Member. Happiness is found in moments and is not ongoing. However, when people say, "choose happy," I don't think they are saying to fake it; I think they are saying that when you have a choice, choose the thing (or thought) that makes you happy. For instance, I don't like sports but I love spending time with family, so I only go to (or watch) sporting events that my grandkids are in. I don't like exercise but I love spending time with my dog so I walk the dog. Etc, etc.

I am working hard to try being happy for long periods of the day. I am trying all the resources to keep me on track. I appreciate the medication that I take but it is not 100% everyday. It's just part of life.
