Does Jealousy Of Others Add To Your Depression?

A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭
Deerfield, IL

My primary doctor is a local boy from my town. He graduated as a " Big Man on Campus"; popular; good looking. And when I go to him, I feel like such a Loser. He has this perfect life and I get more jealous.
Note: He's a good doctor and Never treated me badly.
