I was on Zoloft a few times, and had no side effects at all. It just seemed like it only helped my depression if it was mild.

I was on it while I was hospitalized 50mg with 1/2 mg of clonezapam It was okay for during my stay. After I got home had to stop it had bad side effects, I have been on Serquil for years now and it works great for me . Plus it helps with insomnia if you have that. I have tried several antidepressants some helped but had to keep increasing the dose. I also take 5 mg of lexapro in the day the serquil before bedtime. Hope this helps! Everyone is different as to how they react to medication good luck give it a try.
