It happens to me a lot they say if you spend at least 19 miles a day play games that make you think it helps your memory so I do don't know if it's really true or not but I do...🙏❤️🤟💖

I do. Sometimes there are so many anxious thoughts crammed into my mind that I am not reliable. I have sticky notes everywhere around my house to help me.. 🙈
