HI Everyone. Please Share How You Stay Consistent With Journaling?lol! Im Bad And I Know It Helps But For Me Its Not Easy To Stay Consistent

Good morning.. One of the first normal I kept an still do...a gratitude journal. It was a very rough time in my life so I didn't feel like I had much to be grateful for... My friend told me to start with five things im grateful for... example..my home, clothes to wear,food etc... Just think about the small things for a few weeks them move up to ten things....I also keep a Prayer journal... Put the date on everything... So later on you can come back an look at what has changed usually one year...on the Prayers I put the date that I wrote it...then when the Prayers are answered...now I have two ways I do these journals...a couple of them I have separate books for each... Them I got a big 3 ring binder an also got colored paper(from $1 tree or Dollar General... different colors for each thing I'm journaling.. I always do my journaling at night right before bed so I can think of what happened during the day..when I first started I had to make lil notes of things I wanted to remember.
